Primal’s Community Standards

At Primal , we respect that each user has different interests but we also want our community to feel safe and comfortable when using Primal. To help balance the needs and interests of our diverse community and create the best possible experience for everyone, we developed a set of community standards (“Community Standards”).

These standards provide a guide as to what behavior in using Primal’s services (“Services”) is or is not permissible. Please note that content which may be disagreeable to you may not necessarily be in violation of our Community Standards. Primal reserves the right to review and modify any of these Community Standards at any time. We advise you to check back periodically for any updates that may impact your use.

These Community Standards are incorporated into and subject to the terms and conditions contained in Primal’s Terms of Use.

Illegal Activities and Unlawful Use

You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you use these Services for the furtherance of any illegal activities and/or the violation of any laws in your jurisdiction as well as the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.

Violence

You may not use the Services for any content depicting or that is likely to incite graphic, gratuitous and/or excessive violence.

Pornography and Sexually Explicit Material

You may not use the Services for any content that contains nudity, graphic sexual acts, and/or sexually explicit material. Further, users may not use the Services to drive traffic to other third party sites which may contain pornographic and/or sexually explicit material.

Primal reserves the right to remove any sexually exploitative material which may include but are is limited to sexual content involving minors. When applicable, Primal will refer questionable content to appropriate law enforcement officials.

Malicious Products

You may not use the Services for any content that transmits viruses, malware or any other malicious products. Further, users may not use the Services to drive traffic to other third party sites which may contain viruses, malware or any other malicious products.

Spam

You may not use the Services for any unwanted mass solicitation, promotional or commercial content.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Primal respects the intellectual property rights of others and we ask our users to do the same. Primal reserves the right to take action for any complaints against alleged copyright infringement. For more information on our copyright and other intellectual property policies, please refer to Primal’s Terms of Use.

Primal may, but is under no obligation to, remove content or refuse to provide Services that Primal determines in its sole discretion as violating any of these policies, at any time and without prior notice. If you come across content which may violate these policies while using the Services, we encourage you to notify us at support@primal.com so that we can review the content and take the appropriate measures.
